How

The interface is tview on tcell; decoding is go-mp3 and output is oto.
A playlist is a text file of MP3 URLs. Each track is downloaded into memory before playback, which keeps seeking and controls simple.
Small audio, playlist and volume packages with tests; GitHub Actions publishes builds for Linux, macOS (including Apple Silicon) and Windows.
